Dear Fan Club Members,
So many exciting things have been taking place over the
past few months with Kit-Cat. We are gearing up for
Kit-Cat's big 75th Anniversary next year. And in doing
so, we have designed a very special Kit-Cat that I know
you all will love. There is more information about the
clock further down in the newsletter, but I just wanted
to pique your interest.
October is here and it's hard to believe it's already
fall. The leaves are changing colors, the air is
crisper, the pumpkins are smiling at you from the
neighbors' porch and the apple cider can be smelled
throughout your house. Of course, some of you are still
experiencing the warm summer weather and some aren't as
lucky and are already feeling the affects of winter.
October is one of my favorite months out of the year.
It's the start of what I call the decoration frenzy. I
love to decorate and I do a little for summer, but I go
crazy for Halloween decorations. But, most of all, I
love dressing my daughter in her costume and watching
her strut around in it with a huge smile on her face.
Her smile electrifies the whole room and just makes me
the happiest person in the world. I see my daughter
smile all the time, but to see her enjoying herself so
much and to know she doesn’t have a worry in the world
(but how much candy she will get) makes me smile. And
that is what is so important in life: to make sure you
smile and that you have things in your life that will
keep you smiling.
So, I'm giving you a job, or better yet let's call it a
challenge. I want each of you to do something different
each day and, in doing so, I want whatever you choose to
do to make someone smile. It can be waving to your
neighbor across the street that you have never gone over
to meet, or let the woman in line behind you with just
one item go in front of you since you have a huge cart
full or tell a loved one or co-worker that they look
nice. Life is short and we live everyday with our
choices rather they be right or wrong, or good or bad.
So let's start today and make a positive future for
ourselves and our loved ones.
Keep Smiling!

1 tsp vanilla
2 c pumpkin, puree (16oz)
1 c chocolate chips
