Dear Fan Club Members,

I hope that everyone had a good summer. Wow, did it ever fly by! Fall is here and the days are getting shorter and we are not seeing as much daylight. I’ve noticed that my family has been spending more time inside the home. They’ve been plopping down in front of the television and relaxing every night. I had to think of a way I could get my family more involved with each other during the evenings beside watching television.

With Halloween coming up in a few weeks, I thought instead of buying my daughter her costume this year we could make our own. Wow, she was so exited. That evening instead of watching T.V. all night, we sat down as a family discussing what we all should be for Halloween. So far we have been spending every night working on our costumes and it has been so much fun. Our whole neighborhood (the families with kids) are making their own costumes too. We've decided to have a contest on Halloween day. First place gets a lot of bragging rights.

So I encourage all of you to find a new activity with your family and friends instead of plopping down in front of the television every night. Have a safe and happy Halloween.

Keep Smiling!

Kit-Cat Moment - My husband bought me a black Kit-Cat after my cat, Piggy Cat, passed away a week before Christmas 2007. I was very attached to my furry guy and was totally devastated when he passed. My husband knew I always liked the Kit-Cat Clocks and bought me one to cheer me up. My children are fascinated with it and love watching his tail swing back and forth! The sight of my Kit-Cat brings a smile to my face and makes my day!

Encouragement Chronicles
1. Of course I remember the clock! What fun it was to see
everyday. I was surprised when my 14 year old was so
entranced by it. Thank you for keeping the tradition ticking.

2. I try to only buy American Made products. Bless you for
keeping this in this country of origin! Cats are happy
souls. I have a tattoo of a cat on my chest where I have a chemo scar and it is no longer so depressing to see it. Not too amazing, but I am 62, so it startles some people. I am getting one for my teen grandson now, who spoils my pet cats, and will get one for me later. Have my eye on a rose one, and maybe one of the owls if I can ever find one elsewhere. ;-) Thanks again for being U.S.A. made! Just made my day!

3. I love the Kit-Cat Clock! I had one but just knocked it off the way when trying to vacuum some spider webs from the corners of the ceiling. We can't live without a Kit-Cat!

4. I'm so excited to finally own my first Kit-Cat clock.

5. One of my earliest memories was as a 5-6 year old going to the library with my Grandfather as we did every Saturday. Each time we walked past a jewelry store and your clock was hanging in the window, its tail wagging as dependably as knowing milk is white. I have wanted my own since that time, approx. circa 1962ish. I have decided to buy myself this clock as a 51st birthday present to myself. I have had a magazine article with your web site on it for about 10 years, and it didn't get lost among my papers despite 3 moves and countless packed boxes. I hope you enjoy this true tale, a part of your 75th anniversary history. Can't say what it is about this clock, I think it was that wagging tail. Please drop me a note if you'd like. It isn't often you can share a piece of your personal history with a complete
stranger and feel so good about the memory.

Thank you for allowing me to take your time in reading this short novel, feel free to respond.

Have a great day, Happy Anniversary to Kit-Cat, and I can't wait to have my Kit-cat finally come home.

6. I have seven of your wonderful clocks dating from the
1950's through the 1980's. Your clocks have brought my
parents and I much joy, and I wish your company the very best always.

7. I'm ordering this as a replacement clock for the Rock Cafe on Route 66 in Stroud, OK. The Rock's interior was burned completely on May 20th, so the OK Route 66 Association is trying to help Fred and Dawn Welch replace the memorabilia. The Kit-Cat Clock should appear in the
rebuilt Rock Cafe!

Thanks,

8. I LOVE MY KIT-CAT CLOCK! And have for years and years. His little tail has gone missing???? Not to worry, California Clock Co. to the rescue.

9. I LUV MY Clock...this is one for my younger Brother. We admired them in our youth, and now, in our doddering years. We have one!

10. I love Kit-Cat clocks tee hee hee!
