Tails:
The selection of tails are shown below. When selecting tails for battery clocks, note particularly how the tail attaches, with a hook, or by a triangular hole in the tail. The triangle hole was used for both electric and battery clocks, so make the correct selection when ordering. All tails are available with jewels.

Battery Clock Lever #1 This lever is fixed to the movement by a small philips screw. The screw must be removed to remove the lever. Used in clocks less than 10 years old.	Battery Clock Lever #2 This lever is not secured by a screw, but pivots on a knife-edge hook just above the batteries, and can be lifted from the clock. Used in clocks greater than 10 years old. Crystals: Size 5MM was used exclusively on the older electric movement Kit-Cat Klock. Size 3MM has been used on all battery movement clocks, and some of the later model electric clocks. When in doubt, measure crystals on clock and order matching size.
